SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-5 business days for orders with in stock items only to ship. For orders with made to order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for orders to be shipped. We may be able to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. If you need expedited shipping please place your order over the phone by emailing customercare@leletny.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges. Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

PROCESSING - DELIVERY

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Thursday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
