Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please allow 1-5 business days for orders with in-stock items only to ship. For orders with made-to-order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for orders to be shipped.

Lelet offers complimentary ground shipping for domestic orders over $300. For orders under $300, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and package. We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping, these costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and package.

Lelet offers complimentary shipping for international orders over $450. For orders under $450, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and package. All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes, which will be charged when the package reaches the destination country. If you have questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
