Refund policy

LELET NY wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. Any return request after 14 days will not be accepted. All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached and unworn. Please email customercare@leletny.com with your return request within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. 

Please note that orders containing 3 items or more, only 2 will qualify for a refund.This is due to our slow paced fashion model in which everything is made to order, as well as to reduce waste in the environment. The same method will apply if you place separate orders on the same day. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
