Each Lelet NY piece is handcrafted and deserves the same care with which it was made. Keep accessories away from humidity, oils, alcohol, and hairspray — all of which can damage Swarovski crystals, leather, and silk. Store in the pouch or box it arrived in when not in use.

Repairs & Warranty

All pieces purchased through leletny.com, our app, or showroom carry a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.

• What's covered: manufacturing and material defects, including broken clasps, fallen crystals or pearls, damaged earring posts, loose appliqué, and cracking or peeling plating not due to chemical or water exposure. Elastic replacements are also covered.
• What's not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, loss or theft, or damage from exposure to oils, chemicals, or water, that may include tarnishing.

To request a repair, email customercare@leletny.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Customers cover inbound shipping; we'll handle the return. Repair requests made after one year are subject to a $25 fee per item, subject to material availability.
