Repairs

We accept repairs for LELET NY items purchased from LELETNY.COM, our official app, or items purchased in our showroom. All items have a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. 

What is covered:

• Manufacturing Defects: This includes but is not limited to; broken or faulty clasps, broken elastics, fallen pearls or crystals, damaged earring posts.  
• Material Defects: Problems with materials that are not due to wear and tear such as, unraveling, loose crystals, pearls, or appliqué, cracking or peeling of plating. 

What is not covered:

• Normal Wear and Tear: LELET NY products are designed for everyday use, but like all accessories they will naturally show signs of wear after frequent use. 
• Damage from misuse or accidental damage due to improper storage.
• Loss or Theft
• Damage Due to Environmental Factors: Exposure to oils, chemicals, water.

For repairs, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of shipping items to us, we will handle the cost of shipping once the items are ready to be sent back to you!

Any repair requests made after 1 year are subject to a repair fee of $25 per item. Repairs are based on the availability of the material. To request a repair please contact Customercare@leletny.com with your order number and image of the item.
