Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed Monday-Thursday within 2-5 business days. Any order placed after 1pm EST begins processing the next business day. Please note that orders containing made-to-order or pre-order items may take up to 8 weeks to ship.
Every piece here at LELET NY is hand-made in small batches in New York City to ensure that our pieces are ethically and sustainably made. Some of our pieces are imported from Italy, and may need some extra time to get to you.
Our production process has three steps: design, development and plating, all done in different production facilities.
Not by default, but we can by request only. Partial shipments are subject to an additonal fee for both domestic and international orders. Please reach out to customercare@leletny.com to inquire.
We ship Worldwide. International duties and taxes are due on delivery.
Domestic orders over $150 ship free. Interational orders over $350 USD ship free.
We offer both standard and expedited shipping at checkout.
Order processing can be fast, please reach out to us at customercare@leletny.com and we will do our best. Once the order ships, we are no longer able to edit or cancel an order.
You may have your order ship to a hotel. LELET NY is not responsible for any parcels that cannot be located after delivery has been confirmed. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of their parcel using the tracking provided to them, and be available at the time of delivery to receive your package.
We know how frustrating this is, and we genuinely wish we could fix every case. But once a carrier marks a package delivered, we're no longer able to take responsibility for lost or stolen items. Email customercare@leletny.com and we'll help however we can.
Once your order leaves our studio, it's in the carrier's hands, so we can't take responsibility for failed delivery attempts — things like incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, or other carrier issues. If your order comes back to us, we'll reach out to coordinate a re-shipment (additional shipping fees apply). Double-checking your address at checkout and watching your tracking goes a long way.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn pieces in their original condition and packaging for a refund. After 14 days, returns qualify for store credit, and anything not returned more than 30 days after delivery is considered final sale.
We can't take responsibility for return packages we never receive, so hold onto your tracking. And for orders of 3 or more pieces, only 2 pieces qualify for a refund, the same applies to separate orders placed on the same day.

Yes, all sale items, personalized or engraved pieces are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
We'll make it right. Email customercare@leletny.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it immediately.
Product & Care
Our accessories are crafted with premium materials such as Swarovski crystals, sterling silver, gold or rhodium plating, semi-precious stones, silks, and fine leathers. Each style lists its exact materials on the product page.
A few of our pieces come in Antique 14k Gold and Oxidized Silver, a plating process that gives the finished piece a vintage, beautifully aged finish.
Treat them like the fine accessories they are: keep them dry, store them flat or in their pouch, and avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and water. A soft cloth keeps crystals sparkling. Handled gently, they're made to last.
Our clips, pins, and headbands are designed to hold across a range of hair types and textures. If you're choosing between styles for fine vs. thick hair, reach out - we're happy to help you find the right fit.
All pieces purchased through leletny.com, or our showroom carry a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
- What's covered: manufacturing and material defects, including broken clasps, fallen crystals or pearls, damaged earring posts, loose appliqué, and cracking or peeling plating. Elastic replacements are also covered.
- What's not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, loss or theft, or damage from exposure to oils, chemicals, or water.
To request a repair, email customercare@leletny.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Customers cover inbound shipping; we'll handle the return. Repair requests made after one year are subject to a $25 fee per item, subject to material availability.
