Care & Repairs

Each Lelet NY piece is handcrafted and deserves the same care with which it was made. Keep accessories away from humidity, oils, alcohol, and hairspray — all of which can damage Swarovski crystals, leather, and silk. Store in the pouch or box it arrived in when not in use.

Repairs & Warranty

All pieces purchased through leletny.com, our app, or showroom carry a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.

• What's covered: manufacturing and material defects, including broken clasps, fallen crystals or pearls, damaged earring posts, loose appliqué, and cracking or peeling plating. Elastic replacements are also covered.
• What's not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, loss or theft, or damage from exposure to oils, chemicals, or water.

To request a repair, email customercare@leletny.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Customers cover inbound shipping; we'll handle the return. Repair requests made after one year are subject to a $25 fee per item, subject to material availability.
