Our studio will be closed from December 24rd to December 26th, reopening on Monday, December 29th.
Please note that our production facilities will be closed from December 20th to January 3rd. As a result, orders placed during this period that contain made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. We appreciate your understanding and patience. To shop our in-stock and ready to ship styles please order from our Ready to Ship collection.
I PLACED AN ORDER FOR PICK UP, WHEN IS THE LAST DAY I CAN PICK UP?
The last day to pick up is December 23rd if you wish to have your item before the holidays! If you are unable to pick up before this date please reach out to customercare@leletny.com to arrange shipping, please note additional fees may apply.
THE ITEM I WANT TO PURCHASE IS MADE TO ORDER, WILL I HAVE IT IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS?
Our production deadline for made to order items is November 28th, if your order was made after this date we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in time for the holidays, but we will do our very best! For a more detailed status update please email customercare@leletny.com
I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR THE HOLIDAYS, HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WILL ARRIVE IN TIME?
To shop our in stock items, please shop our Ready to Ship collection. These pieces are expected to arrive to you before the holidays if ordered by:
December 15th - International Shipping
December 19th 12pm EST - Domestic Shipping
December 22nd 12pm EST - Overnight Shipping
Any orders placed after these dates will not arrive in time for the holidays.
MY ORDER CONTAINS BOTH MADE TO ORDER AND IN STOCK ITEMS, WILL YOU SHIP THE IN STOCK ITEMS SEPARATELY?
Orders are shipped once all items in the order are ready. We do not offer partial shipments as a standard, but if necessary, you can contact us at Customercare@leletny.com to request a partial shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply..
I NEED MY ORDER ASAP, IS THERE EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
For all orders in the US we offer 2 day and overnight shipping. If you need to upgrade your shipping please email customercare@leletny.com, fees will apply.
For international orders, once your order is placed please reach out to customer service to inquire about priority shipping. Please note additional fees will apply and priority shipping is not guaranteed. The last recommended date to purchase for international customers is December 15th.
