SHIPPING POLICY

Made to order items ship within 2-4 weeks, while in-stock items will ship in up to 5 business days.

Domestic ground shipping is complimentary for orders over $150. Expedited shipping is available for orders containing all in stock items. Please note that if you choose an expedited shipping option with made to order items, this will only take effect once the entire order is ready for shipment. If you wish to receive a partial shipment, please reach out to customercare@leletny.com, additional shipping charges will apply.

LELET NY is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is complimentary for orders over $350. All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges. Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

For Expedited international shipping please contact customercare@leletny.com after you have completed your order, additional fees will apply.

META SHIPPING POLICY

All items purchased via Instagram/Facebook checkout are ready to ship and will ship out within 2-3 business days. Only items that are ready to ship will be available for purchase on Instagram/Facebook checkout.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.  

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

LELET NY wants you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your order we will  accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. Please note that orders containing 3 items or more, only 2 will qualify for a refund. This is due to our slow paced fashion model in which everything is made to order, as well as to reduce waste in the environment.

All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached, and unworn. Please email customercare@leletny.com with your return request within 14 days of the delivery date. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Any return request after 14 days of the order being delivered only qualifies for store credit. Return request made 30 days after your order was delivered, will result in final sale.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Monogrammed and Sale items are final sale therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

CUSTOMER EXPENSES

Customer is responsible for shipping + tax + any applicable duties (for international orders).
