Terms and Conditions for Black Friday "Gift with Purchase" Promotion.

Thank you for participating in our Black Friday "Gift with Purchase" promotion! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

The "Gift with Purchase" promotion is available to customers who make qualifying purchases during the Black Friday sale period, which begins on 11/22/2024 and ends on 12/03/2024, or while supplies last.

2. Qualifying Purchase

To qualify for a free Petite Glossy Arch Pony Cuff in Gold, customers' order must total a minimum of $300 USD after the BLACKFRIDAY discount, and before taxes and shipping.

3. Free Gift Offer

  • The free gift MUST be added to cart to participate in the promotion. Once the style is in your cart and the minimum purchase threshold is met, the item will reflect $0.
  • Gifts are subject to availability.
  • The free gift cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other item.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • If a return is made for the qualifying purchase, the free gift must either be returned or its value ($108 before the discount) will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the total value of the remaining items after the return falls below the required minimum purchase amount of $300, the gift must be returned. If the gift is not returned, its value will be charged to the original form of payment.
  • For returns of products purchased with a qualifying gift, the return policy will still apply to those items.

5. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
  • If you wish to cancel your order or make a return, please review our standard return policy.

6. Promotional Period

This offer is valid only during the Black Friday promotional period (11/22/24 - 12/03/2024). Any purchases made outside this period do not qualify for this offer.

7. Limited Availability

All gifts are available in limited quantities. If the gift runs out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute the item or offer a similar product of equal value.

8. Non-transferable

This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel
